Who we are and how we work

The gap it fills

Managing many Google Workspace customers has usually meant one admin console per customer, with scripts, exports and browser profiles as the glue between them. CrossTenant was designed whole for the fleet instead: one console that treats your whole book of customers as the unit of work.

The operating model

Every screen is a live Google API read: there is no customer-content database and no warehousing, so your customers' data stays in Google. Writes sit behind explicit confirmation, with dry-run previews on bulk actions and an optional second-approver gate for elevated actions, and every confirmed write lands in a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail.

Honesty as policy

CrossTenant names its limits as plainly as its strengths. Pricing is quoted per engagement, every feature page states its real boundaries, and the security statement separates what exists today from what does not. No claim here is allowed to outrun the product.

The company

CrossTenant is built and operated by CrossTenant Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17349672) and operated from the United Kingdom. Contact is by email, and it reaches the people who build the product: start at the contact page.

Pricing is quoted per engagement, onboarding is guided rather than self-service, and each feature page names its own limits rather than smoothing them over.
