How to reach us
Access & general enquiries
Email toby@crosstenant.com to book a demo, or with commercial and general questions. For a first conversation a couple of lines is plenty: your MSP, roughly how many Google Workspace customer tenants you manage, and whether you want to start read-only first.
Product support
Email support@crosstenant.com when something is broken, or you need help using the console. Severity levels and first-response targets are set out on the support page.
Security reports
Email security@crosstenant.com to report a vulnerability, or if you suspect a console or operator account has been compromised. The disclosure policy, safe harbour, and how to flag a suspected compromise are on the support page, and the address is listed in security.txt.
Privacy & data protection
Email privacy@crosstenant.com for data-subject requests, sub-processor objections, and questions about the data processing agreement. The privacy policy explains what the website and the console each process.
