Reports & alerts

The recurring work of an MSP (proving the value, catching the drift), on a schedule instead of a reminder. Reports go out under your brand; alerts fire when your numbers cross your lines.

Prefer email? Get in touch and we run onboarding with you.

What's included

Report catalogue

MSP-focused built-in reports (licensing, security posture, storage, activity) plus custom templates that overlay your own parameters on any catalogue report.

Branded PDFs

Reports render as PDFs carrying your logo and branding, ready to land in a customer's inbox as a document from you, not a screenshot of an admin console.

Schedules

Put any report on a cadence and it arrives by email, scoped to a single tenant, a tenant group, or your whole book. The monthly pack sends itself.

Threshold alerts

Attach a threshold to a scheduled report and get an email when a number crosses the line (storage creeping towards quota, licence counts drifting) instead of discovering it in next month's review.

Operator-defined alert rules

Write your own conditions over the signals CrossTenant already collects (report data, admin activity, the Alert Center, OAuth apps), scoped to all tenants, a group, or one customer, firing an email or a webhook. A dry-run test shows exactly which tenants would match before the rule goes live.

AI executive summaries

Optionally, reports open with a plain-English executive summary drafted by the AI assistant. Content is redacted before any AI call, under the same guardrails as the rest of the assistant.

Alert rules run on signals CrossTenant already collects. They add no new Google permissions and store no customer content.

Put the monthly pack on autopilot

Pick a report, set the schedule, and the monthly pack lands in your customers' inboxes under your brand. Book a demo, then set the first schedule against your own tenant.
